Given,

Cups that can fill exactly 75 ml, 200 ml & 140 ml

To find,

The capacity of the smallest drum which can be filled completely using each of the cups

Solution,

The measurement of the smallest drum can be obtained by finding the LCM (lowest common multiple) of three cups.

So, we will find out the LCM of 75, 200 and 140

Now, 5 commons, we get 15, 40, 28

Since, no further common number possible,

LCM = 5 * 15 * 40 * 28

LCM = 75 * 1120

LCM = 84000 ml

Hence, the smallest drum which can be filled completely using each of the cups that can fill exactly 75 ml, 200 ml & 140 ml is 84000 ml (84 litre).
