According to article 24 which is prohibited by the government, person who is less tham 16 years of age shouldn't go for work in factories , houses, shops etc.
They are just small persons who are being forced by their family members to go for work just for earing at least few amount of money.
well , after lots of discussions government had published some solutions for child labour.

》There will be checking every week in all factories and shops by sending their offices without knowing them.

》Government is gping to start new programmes like education with minimum cost which can be paid by all workers. so that their parents may stop them from sending them to work.

》Government should increase salaries and decrease taxes

》should decrease the cost of transports like bus.

》it should gather all the children who are below 16 and going for work and then should start some schemes like mid meal programme etc

Child Labour is a condition , where small children go to work. Because of their economic problems.

It is being done in India on a large scale.

And it is banned too . 

Ways to eradicate child labour : 

By spreading awareness among people we can eradicate child labour. 
Generally the child of poor families work as Child labour. 
So , there must be more employment among the poor people.
Government should provide more jobs . 
By reducing poverty we can eradicate the child labour. 
By promoting education in the rural and Poor areas. 
By supplying food in those rural and Poor families. 
The National Population Policy 2000 strongly focused on this problem. It also takes many steps to eridicate the child labour.
It strongly focused on educating the children of age 6-14 .
It provides mid day meals also in government schools so that the children do not work for getting food.
