we have to change our point of view and we must not have to discriminate people on the basis of caste,creed only then we should able to educate people if we should not discriminate them and we have to change their point of view also and promote them to gain education
we can do this by telling them the advantages of education and by making their interest in education by making their study effective and intersting

1. Reserving seats for backward sections of the society to improve their status and to educate them.
2. Reducing the educational fees so that backward sections can afford the fees.
3. Putting several schemes where the labourers can educate their children while at work such as putting schools near their work or developing more schemes where the people can get awareness that they must educate their children.
