solve:1. 0.4b-2/1.5b+15 =2/3

0.4×1.5 b - 2b+15×1.5=2/3× 1.5

0.60b -2b+22.5=1

-1.40b =1-22.5

-1.40 b =-21.5

1.4b=21.5

b =21.5/1.4
