     15 - 28x = 36
      28x = 15 -36
         x = -21/28
         x = -3/4

2--- x/3 + 5/2 = -3/2
   (2x + 10)/6 = -3/2              [Taking L.C.M.]
    2x +10 = (-3 × 6)/2
  2(2x + 10) = -18
    4x + 20 = -18
     4x = -28
       x = -27.
