  • As per the data given in the question, we have to find the value of the expression.

      Given data:- \frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6}.

To find:- the value of given expression.

       Solution:-

  • We will take the LCM of the denominators, and make denominators the same.
  • We will Convert the given fractions to equivalent fractions with the denominator as the LCM.
  • Adding the numerators over the denominators.

        Therefore,

        =\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6}\\=\frac{1\times3+1\times2+1\times1}{6}\\=\frac{6}{6}\\=1.

Hence, the value will be 1.

To solve :  ${ }^{\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6}}$

Solution:

  • To solve given rational numbers : ${ }^{\frac{1}{2}+\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6}}$ we need to equalize the denominators of the given rational numbers.
  • By taking LCM we of denominators we can equalize given denominators
  • $L C M = 6$
  • By multiplying the same numbers to the numerators as mutplied to denominators to equalize.
  • hence,       $\frac{3}{6}+\frac{2}{6}+\frac{1}{6}$
  • Now, by taking denominators common for the same and adding numerators we an find answer.

              \frac{3 + 2 + 1}{6}\\= \frac{6}{6}\\= 1

Hence, 1  is the correct answer .
