Multiply p+q+x in both Numerator and Denominator in L.H.S

 =1/ p+q+x

= p+q+x/( p+q+x)( p+q+x)

= p+q+x/p2+q2+x2

 Cancel the Numerator and denominator

=1/p + 1/q + 1/x

=R.H.S
