solve: 1-(x-2)-[(x-3)-(x-1)]

1-(x-2)-[(x-3)-(x-1)]=0

1-(x-2)-[(x-3-x+1)]=0

1-(x-2)-[(-2)]=0

1-(x-2)+2=0

1-x+2+2=0

x=5
