12 \times 3 + (14 + 4) +  {2}^{3} -  \frac{12}{6}   \\ =  36 + 18 + 2 \times 2 \times 2 - 2

 = 36 + 18 + 8 - 2 \\  = 62 - 2 \\  = 60
