as it the given structure is cyclopentene with 2 functional group attached with it alcohol and ketones then for naming we give 1st priority to ketones so we start counting carbon atom from the one attachex with ketones .
so we get the Iupac name as 2-hydroxycyclopent-4en-1one.
so we get the Iupac name as 2-hydroxycyclopent-4en-1one.
