( - 14 {x}^{2} {y}^{5} ) - ( -16 {x}^{3} {y}^{4} ) \\ x = - 1 \: \: y = 2 \\ = ( - 14( { - 1}^{2} ) ({2}^{5}) ) - (16( { - 1}^{3} )( {2}^{4} )) \\ = (- 14 \times 1 \times 32) - (16 \times ( - 1) \times 16) \\ = (- 14 \times 32) - ( - 16 \times 16) \\ = - 448 - ( - 256) \\ = - 448 + 256 \\ = - 192
