Answer:

X=731.09/378

y =  4267/5103

Step-by-step explanation:

Given Equation ------

152x-378y = -74

Solving -------

2(76x-189y) = -74

=>76x-189y = \frac{-74}{2}

=>76x-189y = -37

=>76x = 189y-37

=>x = \frac{189y-37}{76}  -------(i)

Now 2nd Given equation

-378x + 152y = -602

Now putting (i) in 2nd equation,

-378[ \frac{189y-37}{76}] + 152y = -602

=>-189[ \frac{189y-37}{38}] +152y = -602

=>\frac{-35721y+6993}{38}= -602

=>6993-35721y = -22876

=> -35721y = -29869

=> 35721y = 29869

=> y = 29869/35721

=> y =  4267/5103

Now as we got the value of y we will find the value of x

-378x+152(4267/5103) = -604

-378x = -604-(648584/5103)

-378x = (-3082212-648584)/5103

378x = (3730796/5103)

=>X=731.09/378

Hope this helps✌️

 152x - 378y = -74 --------(1)

 -378x + 152y = -604 ------(2)

 From \: eq. \: (1) \: + eq. \: (2) -

  -226x - 226y = -678

  -226(x + y) = -678

    (x + y) = 3

      x = 3 - y ------(3)

From eq. (1) & eq. (3)

[152(3 - y) - 378y] = -74

[456 - 152y - 378y] = -74

(456 + 74) = 530y

 530y = 530

  y =‌ 1

 then ,

   x = 2
