Division of two numbers:

Arithmetic operations are addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The Division is one of the arithmetic operations and it contains two numbers. Where one number is dividend and another number is the divisor. If dividing two numbers and getting the new number is called Quotient.

Given:18÷(-3) where 18 is the dividend, 3 is the divisor

then, 18÷(-3) =-6 Where -6 is the quotient.

Therefore the value of  18÷(-3)  is -6
