 {( {2}^{ - 1} \times  {3}^{ - 1})  }^{2}  \\  \\  =  >  {( \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{1}{3}) }^{2}  \\  \\  =  >  {( \frac{1}{6} )}^{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{36}
