2/3x+2y + 3/3x-2y = 17/5,
5/3x+2y + 1/3x+2y =2​

let's assume 1/3x+2y= n and 1/3x-2y = s

 now question simple :

equation becomes

 2n+3s=17/5 ⇒ 10n+15s = 17  .....(1)

and 5n+s= 2  .....(2)

solving equations using substitution

s=2-5s in (1) we get

s=1 and n=1/5

⇒3x+2y=5 ....(3) and 3x-2y=1  ....(4)

later on again solving equations using substitution 2y = 5-3x in (4) we get

x=1 and y = 1
