=> 3(x+5)-2(x+1) = 18(x+3)/4

=> -3x+15-2x-2 = 18x+54/4

=> x+13 = 18x+54/4

=> 4(x+13) = 18x+54

=> 4x+52 = 18x+54

=> 18x-4x = -2

=> x = -1/7
