 \frac{2}{x}  +  \frac{2}{3y}  =  \frac{1}{6} .....(i)
 \frac{3}{x}  +  \frac{2}{y}  = 0.....(ii)
 \frac{2}{y}  = -   \frac{3}{x}
Substitute in (i)

 \frac{2}{x}   +  \frac{1}{3}  (\frac{ - 3}{x} ) =  \frac{1}{6}
 \frac{1}{x}  =  \frac{1}{6}
x = 6
Put x=6 in (ii)

 \frac{3}{6}  +  \frac{2}{y}  = 0.....(ii)
y = ( - 4)
