Step-by-step explanation:

2/x - 3/y = 5/xy ____________(1)

3/x + 2/y = 27/xy ___________ (2)

(1) × xy => 2y - 3x = 5. ________(3)

(2) × xy => 3y + 2x = 27 _______(4)

since (3) - (4) =>

(3) × 3 => 6y - 9x = 15

(4) × 2 => 6y + 4x = 54

- - -

_____________________

0y - 13x = - 39

since 6y - 6y = 0

therefore -13x = - 39

13x = 39

x= 3

subsuit x=3 in (3) equation

2y - 3 (3) = 5

2y - 9 = 5

2y = 4

y = 2
