solve 2 X + 3 Y is equals to 11 and x minus 2 Y is equals to minus 12 algebraically and hence find the value of m for which Y is equals to MX + 3​

2x + 3y = 11........ (1)

x -2y = 12........(2)

2(x -2y =12)

1(2x +3y =11)

= 2x -4y =24

2x +3y =11

x-2y=12

x-2(13)=12

x-26=12

x=12+26

x=38

y=mx +3

13= m(38)+3

13-3 = 38m

10/38 = m

hence,m =10/38
