HELLO MATE ☺☺

Here is ur answer ⬇️
_______________________________
▶️2(x-4) = 9y+2
2x - 8 = 9y +2
2x - 9y = 2 + 8
2x - 9y = 10 -----------------(i)
▶️x - 6y = 2 ---------------(ii)

=====================
USING SUBSTITUTION METHOD :

From equation (i)
2x - 9y = 10
x = 10 +9y /2----------(iii)

PUTTING x = 10+9y/2 in eq.(ii)
x - 6y = 2
10 + 9y/2 - 6y = 2
10 + 9y - 12y = 4
10 - 3y = 4
- 3y = 4 - 10
- 3y = -6
y = 2

PUTTING y = 2 in equation (iii)
x = 10 + 9y /2
x = 10 + 9(2) /2
x = 10 + 18/2
x = 28/2
x = 14..

SO, x = 14 & y = 2✔✔
