2 X =19+3y

X =19+3y/2

Put these value in eq. 2

3(19+3y/2)-2y-21 = 0

57+9y/2-2y-21=0

57+5y-42= 0

15+5y=0

5y=-15

Y=-15/5

Y=-3

Now put the value of y in eq 3

X=19+3*-3/2

X=10/2

X=5

Hence the value of X is 5 & value of Y is - 3
