cosec^2 45°=√2 , sec^2 30° = 2/√3
sin^2 30°=1/2 , cot^2 45°=1 , sec^2 60°=2

put this values in trigonometric equation,

(cosec^2 45° sec^2 30°)(sin^2 30°+4cot^2 45°
- sec^2 60°)

= (√2)^2 (2/√3)^2 [ ( 1/2)^2 +4(1)^2 -(2)^2 ]

= (2)(4/3) [ (1/4)+ 4 - 4]

= (8/3)(1/4)

4 cancelled 8 by 2

= 2/3

Hope this will be the answer.
