we have

 {27x}^{2} - 10x + 1 = 0 \\ on \: comparing \: with \: {ax}^{2} + bx + c

we get a=27,b=-10,c=1

since \: d = {b}^{2} - 4ac \\ = > d = { - 10}^{2} - 4 \times 27 \times 1 \\ = > d = 100 - 108 \\ = > d = - 8

since d<0

this equation has no real roots
