Answer:

2a + 3b = 7 (१)

3a - b = 5 (२)

multiple eq 2 by 3

3 (3a - b) = 3× 5

9a - 3b = 15 (३)

ading eq 1 and 3

we get

2a+3b = 7

9a - 3b = 15

__________

11a = 22

a = 22/11

a = 2

put a= 2 in eq (१)

2× 2+ 3b = 7

4+ 3b = 7

3b = 7-4

3b = 3

b = 1

Answer:

a=2. , b=1

step by step explanation

2a+3b=7--------(1)

3a-b=5---------(2)

multiply eq (2). with ×3

(3a-b)(3)=(5)(3)

9a-3b=15-------(3)

elimination by substitution::

from eq'n 1&3

2a+3b=7

9a-3b=15

11a=22

a=22/11

a=2----------(4)

substitute eq (4) in eq(2)

3(2)-b=5

6-b=5

b=1

.°. a=2,,,b=1
