2x+3/3x+4 = 2x-3/3x-2.

On cross multiplying, we get...
6x^2 +9x - 4x -6 = 6x^2 - 9x + 8x - 8.

Therefore l, 5x - 6 = -x - 8. ( 6x^2 on both sides gets cancelled).

Hence l, 6x = -2x and x = -2/6 or -1/3.

 \frac{2x + 3}{3x + 4} = \frac{2x - 3}{3x - 2} \\ \\ (2x + 3)(3x - 2) = (2x - 3)(3x + 4) \\ \\ 6 {x}^{2} - 4x + 9x - 6 = 6 {x}^{2} + 8x - 9x - 12 \\ \\ 5x - 6 = - x - 12 \\ \\ 6x = - 12 + 6 \\ \\ 6x = - 6 \\ \\ x = - 1
