Step-by-step explanation:

Take 3x-5 on other side.

i.e.2x-3 >= 3 (3x - 5)

2x-3 >= 9x - 15

Take like terms on one side.

15 - 3>= 9x - 2x

12 >= 7x

x<=12/7.

Answer:

(5/3 , 12/7]

Step-by-step explanation:

So if we bring -3 to LHS we get

(2x-3/3x-5) - (9x-15/3x-5) {take lcm}

then we get:-

-7x+12/3x-5 is greater than or equal to zero

by using wavey curve method we get the answer as (5/2,12/7]
