Step-by-step explanation:

2x+3y=9

or 3y=-2x+9

or y=-2/3.x+3……………….(1)

ax+y=3

or y= -ax+3………………….(2)

Eqn.(1) and (2) are same line.therefore

-2/3.x+3=-ax+3

ax= 2/3.x

or a= (2/3).x/x =2/3 Answer.
