solution

2x+3y=11........(1)

2x-4y=-24........(2)

solving by elimination method

2x+3y=11

2x-4y=-24

- + +

------------------

7y=35

-----------------

so, y=5.

now, put value of y in.......(1)

2x+3y=11

2x+3(5)=11

2x+15=11

2x=11-15

2x=-4

x=-4/2

x=-2

given , y=mx+3.......(3)

now substitute the value of x and y in (3)

5=m(-2)+3

5-3=-2m

2=-2m

or ,

-2m=2

m=2/-2

m=-1

value of m=-1

pls correct your Statement
