Solve 2x + 3y = 11 and x-2y =-12 algebraic and hence find the value of 'm' far which y= mx+ 3 ?? please solve the question and explain it from Ato Z properly because i didn't understand question alsoo.......​

x-2y=-12.................(2)

solving two equations

multiply equation 2  by 2

2x+3y= 11.............(1)

2x-4y=-24.............(2)

-y=-13

y=13

Substitute in equation 1

2x+3(13)=11

2x=11-39

2x=-28

x=-14

y=mx+3

13=m(-14)+3

13-3=-14m

m=10/-14

m=-5/7
