Step-by-step explanation:

1) 2X+3y=11 x-2y=-12

2)2x=11-3y

3) x=11-3y/2

4)8y/2

5)x=4

Step-by-step explanation:

2x+3y=11......eq -1

x- 2y = -12......eq -2

multiplying eq- 2 by 2

so, 2x - 4y = -24.......eq -3

by elimination method eq-3 from eq -1

2x +3y =11

(-) 2x - 4y = -24

0 -7y = -35

y = 5

puting y=5 in eq 2

x -2y = -12

x -10 = -12

x = -2

now, y=mx-4

5= -2m-4

9 =-2m

m = -4.5 ans
