THANKS FOR THE QUESTION :

⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕

=> 2X + 3Y = 5 ....................1

=> 5X + 2Y = 7 ....................2

⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕

=> MULTIPLY EQUATION 1 BY 5

=> WE GET ,

=> 10X + 15Y = 25

=> 2 ( 5X ) + 15Y = 25 ..................3

⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕

=> NOW, TAKE EQN 2 AND MAKE IT FOR THE SUBSTITUTION :

=> 5X + 2Y = 7

=> 5X = 7 - 2Y ........................4

⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕

PUT THE VALUE OF 5X IN EQN NO. 3

=> 2 ( 7 - 2Y ) + 15Y = 25

=> 14 - 4Y + 15Y = 25

=> 14 + 11Y = 25

=> 11Y = 25 - 14

=> 11Y = 11

=> Y = 11 / 11

=> Y = 1

⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕⭕

PUT Y = 1 IN EQN 1

=> 2X + 3*1 = 5

=> 2X + 3 = 5

=> 2X = 5-3

=> 2X = 2

=> X = 2/2

=> X = 1
