Answer:

2x + 3y = 7

let we take x= 0

then, 2×0 + 3y = 7

0+ 3y = 7

y = 7/3

3x + 2y = 8

let x = 0

then , 3×0+2y =8

0+2y=8

y= 8/2

y= 4

I hope it is useful to you ☆

Answer:

2x  + 3y = 7 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(i) \\ 3x + 2y = 8 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(ii) \\ multiply \:  \: equations \: (i) \: by \: 2  \: and \: equation  \: (ii)\: by \: 3 \: .we \: get\\ 4x + 6y = 14  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(iii) \\ and \\ 9x + 6y = 24  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(iv) \\subtact \: equation \: (iii) \ \: from \: (iv) \\ 9x + 6y = 24 \\  - 4x - 6y = 14 \\ 5x = 10 \\ x = 2 \\ put \: value \: of \: x \: in \: equation \: (i) \\ 2 \times 2 + 3y = 7 \\ 4 + 3y = 7 \\ 3y = 3 \\ y = 1 \\ hence \: x = 2 \:  \: and \:  \: y = 1
