Answer :

 \sf \large \implies \boxed{ x= 1} \ \ \ \ \ \ OR \ \ \ \ \ \  \boxed{x= \frac{-3}{2}  }

Solution :

⟹2x²+5x-3 = 0

⟹ 2x²-2x+3x - 3 = 0

⟹ 2x(x-1)+3(x-1)=0

⟹ (x-1)(2x+3)=0

⟹ x-1=0 OR 2x+3 = 0

 \sf \implies \boxed{{x=1 }} \ \ \ \ \ \ OR \ \ \ \ \ \  \boxed{x= \frac{-3}{2}  }
