Either, x + 3 = 0
x +3 = -3

Or, 2x - 13 = 0
2x = 13
x = $\frac {13}{2}$

=> 2x²-7x-39=0

=>2x²-13x+6x-39=0

=>x(2x-13)+3(2x-13)=0

=>(2x-13)(x+3)=0

2x-13=0,

or x+3=0.
