2y +  \frac{1}{3}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{6y + 3}{3}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \\  \\  =  > 2(6y + 3) = 3 \\  \\  =  > 12y + 6 = 3 \\  \\  =  > 12y = 3 - 6 \\  \\  =  > 12y =  - 3 \\  \\  =  > y =  \frac{ - 3}{12}  \\  \\  =  > y =  \frac{ - 1}{4}
