3×13+1÷10

= 39+0.1

= 39.1

you can in this way also

390+1/10

= 391/10

Step-by-step explanation:

(13 \times 3) + ( \frac{1}{10} )

 =  >  \: 39 + ( \frac{1}{10} )

Taking LCM.. it will be 10 only

 \frac{(39 \times 10) + 1}{10}

 =  >  \:  \frac{391}{10}

=> 39.1
