Given 3(2^x + 1) - 2^x+2 + 5 = 0

          3 * 2^x + 3 - 2^2 * 2^x + 5 = 0

          3 * 2^x - 4 * 2^x + 5 + 3 = 0

          - 1 * 2^x + 8 = 0

           - 2^x + 8 = 0

             2^x = 8

            2^x = 2^3

              x = 3.

Hope this helps uuuu
