(-3)^2m+1+1=(-3)^2
(-3)^2m+2=(-3)^2
as bases are equal powers also equal
2m+2=2
2m=0

actually i think that you have seen the question wrong because the options are given m is equal to 4 m is equal to 5 M is equal to 3 or an equal to 1
now my answer is correct or not
