$\frac{3}{5}(10+5x) - \frac{1}{3}(6x+ 3) = 9$

⇒ $\frac{3}{5}\times 5(2+x) - \frac{1}{3}\times 3(2x+1) =9$

Now, 5 & 5 will get canceled  , 3 & 3 will get canceled.

Then,

⇒ $3(2+x) - (2x+1) = 9$

⇒ $6 + 3x - 2x - 1 = 9$

⇒ $x + 5 = 9$

⇒ $x = 9-5 =4.$
