i) 1 mole of C+o2-->CO2 
so, 44grams of co2 is produced 

ii)if 32g of o2 ---> 44g of co2
      16g--->44*16/32= 22grams of CO2

iii) in this only 16 grams of oxygen is reacting that is only half of the o2 will react with 1/2 of Carbon .. so it will be half of 1st case 
Therefore the ans will be 44/2=22grams

Note: in iii) case O2 is limiting reagent
