3(t-3)=5(2t+1)

So, mutiply 3 with t and -3 then multiply 5×2t and 5×1

= 3t - 9 = 10t + 5

= 3t - 10t = 5 + 9 ( you have changed the places so the signs also change)

= -7t = 14

 - t =  \frac{14}{7}

-t = 2

t = -2
