\sf \Large Solution!!

\sf \to 3(x+3)-2(x-1)=5(x-5)

\sf \to 3x+9-2x+2=5x-25

\sf \to x+11=5x-25

\sf \to 11+25=5x-x

\sf \to 36=4x

\sf \to x=\dfrac{36}{4}=9

\sf \large Verification!!

\sf \to 3(x+3)-2(x-1)=5(x-5)

\sf \to 3(9+3)-2(9-1)=5(9-5)

\sf \to 3(12)-2(8)=5(4)

\sf \to 36-16=20

\sf \to 20=20

\sf LHS=RHS

\sf Hence,\:verified.

The second statement is incomplete. There isn't a sign between 2p and 25p. So, I'm not answering it. Hope you understand.
