=> 3x - 12 +12= 4x + 15+12

=> 3x=4x+27

Subtract 4x on both sides,

=> 3x-4x=4x+27-4x

=> -x=27

Now, divide both the sides by -1, we get

=> x=27

Hence, the required solution is 27.
