Multiply by 6

9x - 10 y = - 12

18x - 20y = - 24 equation (i)

2x+3y=13

18x + 27y = 117 equation (ii)

Subtract the equation

47y = 141

y = 141/41 = 3

So,

2x+3y=13

2x + 3*3 = 13

2x = 13-9 =4

x = 4/2 = 2
