Compare given Quadratic equation 3x²+5x-9=0 with

ax²+bx+c=0,we get

a=3 , b = 5, c = -9

Discreminant (D) = b²-4ac

= 5²-4×3×(-9)

= 25+ 108

= 133

√D = √133

≈ 11.53

By Quadratic Formula:

x= [-b±√D]/2a

= [-5±11.53]/(2×3)

= (-5±11.53)/6

Therefore,

x=(-5+11.53)/6 or x=(-5-11.53)/6

x = 6.53/6 or x = -16.53/6

x ≈ 1.09 or x ≈ -2.75
