The give system of equations are,

3x+2y= -25                                           ...(i)

2x+y= -10                                              ...(ii)

Multiplying eq.(ii) by 2, we get

3x+2y = -25                                          ...(iii)

4x+2y = -20                                          ...(iv)

Subtracting eq(iii) from (iv), we get

=>x=5

putting x=5 in eq(ii),we get

10+y=-10

=>y=-20
