Solve 3x-4/2x=5

lets cross multiply it

3x - 4 = 2x(5)

3x - 4 = 10x

-4 = 10x - 3x

-4 = 7x

x = -4/7

Hey mate !!

Here's the answer !!

Well we can solve this using simple algebra.

According to the Question,

\frac{3x - 4}{2x} = 5

Transposing 2x to the RHS, we get,

3x - 4 = 5 * 2x

3x - 4 = 10x

Transposing 3x to the RHS, we get,

- 4 = 10x - 3x

- 4 = 7x

=>  x = \frac{- 4}{7}

Hope my answer helps !!

Cheers !!
