$4x + 3y = 5......ii)$

solution :-

multiplying equation 1) by 3 and 2) by 4

$9x - 12y = 30.......iii)$

$16x + 12y = 20.....iv)$

adding equation iii) and iv)

9x - 12y. = 30

+

16x + 12y = 20

25x. = 50

x = 50/25

x = 2

x = 2

substituting x = 2 in equation ii)

$= > 4x + 3y = 5$

$= > 4 \times 2 + 3y = 5$

$= > 3y = 5 - 8$

$= > 3y = - 3$

$= > y = \frac{ - 3}{3}$

$= > y = - 1$

y = -1
