 \frac{3x }{5}  + 1 =  \frac{4x}{15} + 7

 \frac{3x }{5}  -  \frac{4x}{15}  = 7 - 1

 \frac{9x - 4x}{15}  = 6

Now Cross Multiply

9x - 4x = 6 \times 15

5x = 90

x =  \frac{90}{5}

x = 18
