2x+3y=12. (1)

3x - 5y +1 = 0

x = (5y -1)/3. (2)

putting value of x in eq. 1

2 × (5y-1)/3 +3y=12

10y -2+9y = 12×3

19y = 38

y=2

putting value of y in eq. (1)

2x +3(2)=12

x= 3
